If you’re curious about – or struggle with – young motherhood and would like to get the insight (i.e. rants) of a young mother in Kenya, you’ll feel right at home here.
I became a mother at 20 when I was in my 4th year at UoN doing Business Information Systems.
So far, the journey has been full of tears of joy and sadness. Lots of laughter at Imani’s antics, praying for things to work out, working extra hard and just being there in the moment.
I started this blog to share my experiences, reality, rants, frustrations and unexpected joys of young modern motherhood in Kenya as I know and live through it. From work-parenting (non) balance, to dating, to morals and ethics, to governance and everything in between.
